The first installment of the literature show “Important Words” will air this Sunday from 9-10 am on 91.5 F.M.-WUEV. “Important Words” is a discussion about literature which airs the first Sunday of every month, featuring University of Evansville assistant professor of English, Mark Cirino, and a guest.

This month’s show features Cirino and UE Professor Bill Hemminger discussing William Shakespeare’s “The Tempest.”

University of Evansville basketball fans can listen to both “The Marty Simmons Show” and “The Oties Epps” show right here on 91.5 F.M.-WUEV.

“The Marty Simmons Show” airs live from Turoni’s Forget-Me-Not Inn on Evansville’s eastside on Monday nights from 6-7 p.m., with a full list of dates listed below. “The Oties Epps Show,” meanwhile, airs live from the UE Bookstore in the Ridgway University Center on the UE campus from 12-12:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoons.

Fans are invited and encouraged to come out and be a part of both shows and to meet both the coaches and players of the UE men’s and women’s basketball teams. Both shows are also available on-line at both wuev.org and GoPurpleAces.com.
